What data is stored?
We distinguish between personal data and anonymous data. We only have access to personal data which you provide to us voluntarily. These include, for example, your e-mail address you provide when registering on our website and all the data you additionally provide in your user account, such as your name or your residence.
In addition to the personal data, there is also anonymous data, which is mainly used for statistical purposes or to ensure the smooth operation of this website. This includes, for example, your approximate location (country) at the time of your visit or your activities on the website. Where is the data stored?
Your personal data is stored on our servers in Germany. So when you transfer data to our website, you agree that these data is stored on a server in Germany.

Who has access to my data?
Your personal data, such as your e-mail address, is only available to our employees, unless you do not disclose your data separately on a publicly accessible page of our services. Our staff will treat your personal data strictly trustworthy and will not give it to third parties.
What are my options?
Apart from your username, by default, no personal data is publicly available on the website. Collector's Life gives you the opportunity to display some of your data, such as name and age, to be published on your public profile. Please be aware that in this case, your public data is visible to every visitor. You can decide which data is made publicly visible. Therefore, please use the settings in your user account on CollectorsLife.com.
What data will be shared?
Basically we will not provide personal data such as e-mail addresses or names to third parties. What we share is collected anonymous data, which describes, for example, your approximately location or your activities on our website. This collected anonymous data is not connected to your personal information and is stored separately and processed for statistical purposes only. Security of the data
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, personnel and physical resources to protect stored personal data against loss, theft and unauthorized use. Sensitive information, such as passwords, are encrypted when transmitted and stored only in encrypted form. Despite these precautions, you should note that when you transfer data to Collector's Life, this may happen through several systems that are not under our control and may be unsafe.
Please be sure to treat your password confidential. Do not share your password to anyone. Anyone who has access to your password can gain access to your stored information and appropriately view, steal and change it.
